The Rockville Royals beat Hoss Dental 2-0 in a great game with plenty of solid pitching.  Bill Riggieri went the distance for the Royals, striking out 12 and giving up only 3 hits.  Bill also chipped in a double, walk and stolen base.  The offensive standout for Rockville was certainly Dan Copes, who went 3-3 with a SB and 2 RBI.  Joe “Junior” Antonelli and Jesse Wilkinson, two long-time GHIBL veterans, both continue to keep their hot streaks alive.  Junior reached base twice and scored a run while Jesse also added a hit.  For Hoss Dental, Steve Pino pitched well in his first start going 4 innings and only giving up one run.  Neil Hoss kept the Royals off balance at the plate the rest of the way, giving up one run while scattering 5 hits.
